MAGNETHANE™ HD Belting

Metal Detectable Heavy Duty Food Grade Belting

Now there is a MAGNETHANE™ belt for longer runs and higher tension applications.   MAGNETHANE HD uses a food approved, higher durometer TPU to increase performance in those areas that demand less elastic belting.  

MAGNETHANE™ HD is similar in characteristics to the "M" series of thermoplastic polyurethane belting styles available from other manufacturers.   The embossed pattern on the bottom side of this belt creates a low friction surface for less resistance and drag for longer belt lengths.  MAGNETHANE™ HD can be butt welded using our Controlled Stop Welding System, or finger spliced in conventional heat press equipment.

Cleats and guides may be heat fused and attached without glues or adhesives using welding rods, heat plate or HF technology.
